The Contact - we need to talk – and get to know each other. We would like you to visit our showrooms & offices, and we would like to come to your home, to gather ideas and practical clues. In our initial meeting - lasting about 90 minutes - we will measure the site (or look over plans), then discuss your 'wish list', you might not think you know what you want, but everyone has clues and our designers can read them.

The Design – From our detailed notes we will design and cost an initial proposal, but this is just the start of the design process and ideas will always change, evolving over time as we become more familiar with each other and what you want from a kitchen or room. At every stage of the design process we accurately cost all of our proposals so we know exactly where the project stands.

The Decision - the next bits down to you, you decide you want to work with us!

The Detail - Our goal is for there to be nothing about your project you do not understand, we accurately survey the room and every single detail is covered, nothing is left, production only starts when every detail has been designed and signed off.

The Manufacturing Process - Our team of 20 carpenters now has the task of creating every cabinet, by hand using the finest tools and production processes. Millimetre accuracy is important, we want to squeeze as much into every possible space we can. At this stage you are more than welcome to come and see your furniture in production, but changes at this stage cost both time and money!

The Delivery - Every cabinet is very carefully prepared for transport and our delivery team knows all the tricks ensuring no damage is done to your home or your furniture.

The Fitting - Careful adjustments and immense attention to detail, when you find a good fitter you do not let them go, and we have the best in the business. The cabinets are carefully laid out and installation takes places usually lasting about five working days. If you see your kitchen at this stage, do not worry, you have trusted us enough to place your order, we will not let you down. In most cases our fitters are more aware of little 'snags' than you will be. Templates are now made and the granite is fitted up to 10 days later (as we only ever commission stone after the cabinets have been fitted). Your fitter oversees the stone installation and all finishing is now done. The process until completion will have taken 3-4 weeks, but you will have been able to use your kitchen (with temporary tops) after about the first week.

8.

The Sign-Off - after we have completed your kitchen Richard or Tom will endeavour to pop in and make sure everything is up to both yours and our standards. Now relax and enjoy!
